In 2018, he founded the nonprofit organization Stay Recruited, which is dedicated to youth empowerment by providing young athletes with essential guidance and mentorship. Furthermore, Reggie's commitment to supporting retired athletes led him to assume a leadership role in the NFL Players Association (NFLPA), where he serves as the Chapter Secretary in Houston, promoting educational literacy and resources for former players.

In her role as a family court judge, she promotes educational literacy and oversees the rendering of fair, respectful, and impartial justice for children and families, ultimately empowering the youth and strengthening the community.
