Upon retiring from professional football, Reggie channeled his passion for helping others by becoming a community advocate for youth. In 2018, he founded the nonprofit organization Stay Recruited, which focuses on empowering young athletes and providing them with guidance and mentorship. Reggie's dedication to supporting retired athletes led him to take on a leadership role in the NFL Players Association (NFLPA) as the Chapter Secretary in Houston.
