Linda Lee Fehoko is a strategic and visionary leader with over 25 years of experience advancing adult education, workforce development, and community transformation. Her career spans executive leadership, nonprofit innovation, and public sector collaboration, with a proven track record of designing scalable programs that align education with labor market demands.

Linda has led multimillion-dollar grant initiatives, built enduring cross-sector partnerships, and pioneered outreach strategies that empower underserved populations—including veterans, at-risk youth, and Pacific Islander communities. She is widely recognized for her role in launching Texas’s first-ever Adult Education Signing Day through the Contact to Career Initiative, a landmark event that elevated visibility and pride in adult learners’ career commitments.

Linda has served on multiple boards including TALAE, Work Texas, and Global Goodwill Ambassadors, and continues to advocate for lifelong learning, equity, and economic mobility.
